Hey listeners! Happy Friday. I’m here with the very final episode of Full Moon, and I’m so delighted that Roshawn is enjoying this series so much. She didn’t expect the books to be so action-packed and full of interesting ideas, and I gotta tell her that she ain’t seen nothing yet.
This chapter starts with Harry trying to get Johnny Marcone down from his hog-tied and hanging position as live bait. He’s in the middle of figuring out how to get him down when the Loup-Garou comes surging up from inside the pit and almost nabs him.
Then follows a great moment where Harry is about to face down with the monster and Karrin gets in the way, with her gun drawn. He tells himself that it’s because she doesn’t trust him, and feels all kinds of sorry for himself, only to be slapped back into reality by Murphy. She’s not about to let him feel like a martyr, and it’s pretty hilarious.
I liked this book better on the re-read, and man I can’t wait to get further on into the series. I’m so excited! Thanks so much for listening, everyone!
